Delivery
CAKEs BANGKOK takes tremendous pride and consideration when shipping our cakes to you. Every order is handled with extreme care so that it arrives in perfect condition. We ship all of our cakes by car to ensure that they flawlessly arrive on your doorstep.
CAKEs BANGKOK offers free delivery in Bangkok. Please contact our customer service for delivery to other provinces in Thailand. Orders are shipped Monday through Sunday. If there was a problem with your order please contact us immediately at +662-5133211 or at info@cakesbangkok.com
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you would like to change, postpone or cancel your order we will be happy to accommodate you. We require a minimum of 48 hours or 2 days advance notice to make any changes to the order and give you a full refund. In the unlikely event you need to cancel your order within 48 hours or 2 days of the ship date we cannot offer you a full refund due to the charges we incur to prepare the order. We will keep 20% and refund 80% of the sum paid. Please note that we cannot make any changes after the order has been arranged and shipped out for delivery.
Replacements & Refunds
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please call us toll free at +662-5133211 to discuss a replacement or a refund. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information given to CAKEs BANGKOK will not be refunded and will be re-shipped only at customer's request and expense.
